Can spectators bring in food, beverage, or coolers?
No, no outside food or drink are allowed. Visitors can go to their cars during the event - be sure to get hand stamped so you may re-enter the facility.

Do we have handicap parking and are we handicap accessible?
Yes, handicap parking is located in the main spectator parking lot. A person must have a handicap tag or hang down tag to park there. There are signs directing spectators where certain parking areas are located. (Refer to your facility map for locations). We have handicap seating on the spectator and the pit side. Both pit and spectator sides are wheelchair accessible. Also, we have golf carts for handicap assistance. They will transport spectators from the parking lot to areas inside the facility and back. Both will be roving during the event and will be armed with radios for communication. If a spectator needs handicap transportation simply contact a driver or a Motorplex staffer with a radio to call them.

Do we rent golf carts?
No, there will be no rental carts available at the track. Spectators are not allowed to use wheeled vehicles (i.e. golf carts, mopeds, four wheelers, skateboards, bicycles, etc.) inside the facility. Motorized wheelchairs are O.K. Racers or participants are allowed those type of vehicles in the pit area. They are responsible for bringing it with them. They have to have them registered with NHRA.

Do we have a First Aid Station?
Yes, the Texas Motorplex sets up a first aid station by the concession offices on the spectator side, and on the pit side behind the souvenir building.

Is there a Lost and Found?
Yes, located at the Texas Motorplex front office.

Do you charge for parking?
We do not charge for parking during the O'Reilly Fall Nationals.

Can we park our Motorhome in the spectator parking lot?
Yes, motorhomes will be parked at the far end of the main lot but will not be allowed to stay overnight). There is a roped off area for motorhomes only. We will have a shuttle bus to move foot traffic through the parking lot.

Do we sell alcohol?
Yes, beer will be sold on spectator and pit side. The person must have a Unicard or they will be able to purchase them here for $2. Beer can be taken into any of the north or south grandstands (including the Super Seats). Finish Line seats will be the only stands that will not allow alcohol.

Where are press credentials to be picked up?
The VIP credentials building. There will be signs indicating where the VIP entrance is. Anyone picking up tickets will have to show a picture ID.

If parents have a ticket for the suites, can they bring their children without a ticket?
No, NO ONE, regardless of age, can enter the suites without a suite pass. Those must be obtained from the suite owners.

Do we have an ATM machine?
Yes, located on the pit and spectator sides in the food court.

Can Will Call tickets with a campground pass be picked up at the campground?
Yes, Will Call tickets with campground passes must be picked up out there. They are available 24 hours a day starting about 7:30 Thursday morning.

What hours will the campground be open?
The gate will be open Thursday morning at 8:00am for campers to come in, and their paperwork will be given to them as they come in. Campers are subject to being moved. The attendants may have to move them, to keep the park in proper order. After that, the park will be open 24 hours a day. Security will be working the gate during the nights.

Are there hook ups in the campground?
There are NO HOOK UPS each vehicle must be self contained to stay in the campground. There is water available at specific areas, where they can fill their tanks. There will also be someone coming in to pump out holding tanks, if needed. Tents are Allowed.

When can racers park in their pit area?
Beginning on Wednesday at 10 a.m. until 5p.m. They will need to pull into the main spectator parking lot and get in line and they will be directed into the facility from there.

Can racers park their motorhomes in the pit area?
If the motorhome is their tow vehicle and they want to park by their race trailer there will be a designated pit area for this. It will include race trailers that are set up to sleep in. This will not apply to Pro drivers - they will be in the Pro pit area.

When can racers tech-in and where?
Beginning on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tech will be inside the facility in a designated area.

Can video recorders and cameras be brought in?
Yes

Are vendors allowed to park their motorhomes in the pit?
No, however, they can stay in the campground at no charge. They need to arrange with Texas Motorplex Food Service Asst. to receive a pass for the campground area.

Are there individual daily tickets for the Champion Club or Super Seats?
No, Champions Club & Super Seats are only available for Full(4-day) event or Sat-Sun 2-day packages.

Are pets allowed?
No dogs, weapons, food, beverages (coolers, bags, etc) allowed inside the main spectator gate.

What about oversized vehicles?
Daytime parking (18 wheelers, etc) will be directed to the back of the spectator lot. To stay overnight, larger vehicles must go to the north side campground.

Do we have food coupons?
In the past years we have had coupon booths where customers purchased coupons for food and beverage, then they would go to the concession stands to use them. We no longer are using coupons. All food, drinks and beer will be sold at each appropriately marked stand, on a cash basis.

What if we get rained out? or what happens if it rains?
If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date. All customers should hold onto their ticket or ticket stub and they will be advised as to what can be done. The schedule of the event is subject to change. No Refunds or Vouchers for future events will be given.
