Mega Mopar Action Series to Host Four National Events in 2012 – SERIES KICKS OFF AT TEXAS MOTORPLEX

Bowtie fans have the Super Chevy Show series. Blue Oval lovers have the Fun Ford Weekend. But what about those die-hard Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler and Plymouth fans? Don’t fret for them anymore. Now there is a national series for those Ram tough fans too. The Mega Mopar Action series kicks off its first ever event this weekend with the Mopars at the Motorplex event. Gates open at 9 a.m., time trials for racing starts at 10 a.m. and there is plenty of activities for all Mopar fans. SUPER CHEVY SHOW makes its annual stop in North Texas at the Motorplex with two cruises, the best car show judging in the country and more!

The third of 12 Super Chevy Show events slated for 2012 will be held at Texas Motorplex, May 12, 2012. But the action heats up starting Thursday with an escorted cruise from Canton, Texas to bring the American Veterans Traveling Tribute wall to Texas Motorplex for the weekend display. The Super Chevy Show is a celebration of one of America’s most popular brands. The Motorplex will be filled with a car show, swap meet, car corral, kid’s activities area and of course, drag racing with the region’s top bracket racers as well as other family-fun entertainment. Saturday will also feature two special events: A cruise and a fund-raising motorcycle race.
